“I followed the training ‘First Aid on the job’, I chose this one because my previous first aid training was a while ago. I wanted to refresh my skills.
The theory was very clear and explained in detail. The actions were shown in videos. So when something is not clear you can still watch it again.
The theory was much more extensive than expected. The lessons did not only include first aid, but also what to do in case of a fire, who is responsible in emergency situations and the behavior of people in emergency situations. It was very interesting. Also, the videos, quiz questions and test at the end make sure that the lessons don't become monotonous.
Luckily I have not yet needed to use my new skills in real life!”
